You do not need your own car — we provide one. A driving licence is not essential either: we plan routes so that it works.

Pay follows the collective agreement for the building cleaning trade. No haggling, no difference between colleagues — the rate is set.

Yes. The team includes women from several countries. Simple German is enough for the day-to-day work, and we show you the rest on site.
No. We provide vehicles and plan routes so that you can ride along. A licence is only needed for particular roles — and that is stated in the advert.
Yes. You will be trained by someone who knows your building, and you will not start on your own. Reliability and care matter more than experience.
We ask what works for you before writing the rota — nursery, school, a second job. Then we build your route. Mornings, evenings, part-time or mini-job are all possible.
